As a Project Manager, you will:
Build relationships with Emerson customers and stakeholders to ensure project success and win future business.
Be the communication hub of assigned projects with customers, sales, scheduling, manufacturing, quality and shipping.
Make decisions in end to end project management, demonstrating ownership of the entire process from beginning to end while implementing project level processes, procedures and performance metrics.
Lead complex initiatives managing all activities in a project lifecycle including: quoting, customer engagement, PO reconciliation, schedule maintenance, engaging manufacturing plants on deliverables and schedules, scheduling inspections and arranging final shipment of product.
Collaborate with subject matter experts within the organization to resolve issues.
Communicate schedules and objectives among customers and internal departments.
Manage changes in project scope, identify potential concerns and devises contingency plans to mitigate project risks.
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, required documents and presentations.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
This position requires an Associate's Degree and 2 years of related experience OR in the absence of experience, a Bachelor's Degree is required. Internal candidates possessing 5 years of Emerson experience will be considered.
