McFarland Clinic is currently accepting application for Receptionist/Pt Reg Rep for its Marshalltown office. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.
Responsibilities include: maintaining desk activities, including greeting, scheduling and instructing of patients and visitors, use multi-line telephone system, including answering and screening calls.
This is a partial-part time position - 10 hours per week.
- High School Diploma, GED or HiSET.
Days: Monday - Friday. Coverage for Express Care, possible evening hours and weekends as needed
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM as needed
Prefer one year work experience, preferably in a medical office setting.
Proficient use of standard office equipment including computers, fax machines, copies, printers, etc.
Completion of Medical Terminology class required within one year of employment.
