About The Job:
Plans and manages Mercy’s employee relations programs and initiatives and coordinates regulatory compliance on Human Resources practices throughout the health center. Provides consultation to the Regional Network.
What we are looking for:
Bachelors degree in human resources, business or related field required.
A minimum of two years of experience working in a human resources function.
Previous experience dealing with employee relation issues is strongly preferred.
Excellent knowledge of employment laws is required.
Experience working in a health care setting preferred.
