Denco Highway Construction Corporation is hiring Crew Members, Flaggers, and Class A Drivers.
Total entry-level wage: $28.62 per hour (includes per diem and based on an 8-hour workday).
$15.50 - $21.00 Per Hour (Depending on Experience) + $105 Per Day (per diem)
A typical workday is 10 to 14 hours with time-and-a-half overtime pay starting after 40 hours worked in a week.

Job Description: New hires will be placed on one of several crews based on experience and positions available at the time of hire. Each crew specializes in a different process and product Denco offers our customers but include crack and joint sealing, full depth patching, crack filling, slurry leveling, scrub seal, bridge repair, mudjacking & soil stabilization, rumble strips, PDC asphalt rejuvenating, and culvert lining & culvert cleaning. General tasks may include:
Operating small hand tools and machines, including drills, saws, air compressors, sandblasters, tar pots, and skid loaders.
Driving trucks, possibly hauling trailers loaded with equipment or aggregate.
Sealing, filling, and patching cracks and joints in concrete and asphalt.
Performing carpentry and masonry work.
Employees with little to no road maintenance experience are welcome and on-the-job training is provided. New hires with experience are recognized and paid according to their experience. Minimum Requirements: Willingness to travel (5 days a week) and work extended hours during the work season, which runs from approximately early April to early November. Dependability in coming to work on time daily.
