Job Description

Skills and Abilities

 Must be able to make decisions independently.

 Must be able to develop rapport with fellow associates.

 Must lead by example.

 Must possess a basic knowledge of the use of RIE tools and participate in RIE’s/lead RIE events as requested.

 Must practice exceptional safety awareness (JSA, LOTO, 5S practices).

 Must possess exceptional dependability and be at work as scheduled.

 Must be able to cooperate with others and work well as part of a team

 Effective communication with all levels of the organization is required (oral, written, non­verbal).

 Must be able to recognize internal and external customer needs.

 Must use experience and knowledge of hose to complement data.

 Must have basic knowledge of simple measuring tools.

 Must have basic math skills to convert from English units to metric units.

 Must have basic trouble shooting skills.

Qualifications – Education & Experience

 High school diploma or equivalent is required.

 Two to four years previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
