Team Staffing has multiple openings for this established production facility. A qualified candidate will need a strong ability and desire to learn. Related work experience might include auto mechanics, farmers, process technicians and cross-trained machine operators, but that is not a required prerequisite. Production operates on 1st and 2nd shift (5:30am-5:30pm and vice versa) on a 2-2-3 schedule. Must be open to working 1st and 2nd shift--this is NOT a rotating shift! Shift placement is long-term from a number of months to a number of years! Must be 18 years or older to apply. Must be able to work 12-hour shifts and every other weekend. Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. Must have reliable transportation.
