Responsibilities: Responsible for prioritizing and dispatching personnel, maintaining log of maintenance activities and providing follow up to necessary personnel. Work closely with the Production and Maintenance Supervisors in each department to address daily issues. Responsible for executing maintenance plan for your shift. This includes CILs, daily inspections, SAP one time work orders and the 52 week PM plan. Responsible for covering as dispatcher on the weekend rotation. Responsible for signing hot work permits and confined space permits for maintenance and contractors as needed per the permit policies. Responsible for providing technical guidance for production when needed. Responsible for handling/assisting with Quality and USDA issues, overseeing maintenance follow-ups in your area. Start and assist in completing RCFAs that happen in your department when they meet the threshold. Responsible for tracking call offs and authorizing/implementing OT if necessary. Any additional duties as assigned by Maintenance Manager. Qualifications: Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of employees SAP experience is preferred
