The HON Project Advantage Marketing team is seeking a Marketing Manager, Dealer Programs. The Marketing Manager, Dealer Programs is responsible for strategically developing, implementing, managing and maintaining programs and communications to grow the business, foster engagement, create brand preference and generate revenue through The HON Company’s Independent Dealer channel. The Marketing Manager, Dealer Programs works closely with marketing, leadership and cross-functional business teams to develop and implement the dealer program strategy, planning, and infrastructure that motivates and incentivizes our Independent Dealers to achieve targeted goals. The program includes the pre- and post-sales incentive structure to drive Dealer adoption and scale, ownership of online tools & properties, project management, and other marketing and sales campaigns. Working closely with key stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, Product, Finance and IT to ensure a strategic program platform is in place to support and drive company goals.
As a Marketing Manager, Dealer Programs you will:
Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, implement and track HON’s dealer program investment.
Identify strategies, designs, and program structures to accelerate and drive Independent Dealer growth.
Facilitate development and understanding of financial models that identify and measure the impact of the programs.
Develop & track performance metrics based on the strategic business requirements of the program.
Build program documents to clearly identify the benefits, terms and conditions, rules of engagement, and marketing collateral that supports programs.
Coordinates and enables marketing campaigns leveraging dealer program investments and tools which provides visibility to HON’s programs, marketing tools, calendar and allows turnkey execution for key marketing investments and activities.
Develop & maintain digital program tools that improve communication, visibility and execution on HON’s key programmatic components.
Applies research and analytical initiatives to drive continued innovation within the organization and provides strategic optimization recommendations of efforts based upon real data.
Develops, manages and reports on annual budgets, timelines and goals while monitoring expenses for cost reduction and investment opportunities.
Identifies opportunities to enhance programs to drive sales growth and increase market share.
Creates and presents executive marketing presentations for stakeholders, internal sales, product and finance teams
Establishes partnerships with internal customers, stakeholders and peers.
Think you're ready?
A Bachelor’s degree is required in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or related field. At least 5 years of progressive Marketing, Communications, Sales or relevant business experience required. Experience leading a team preferred.

Ability to garner feedback from multiple internal and external sources and channel that into innovations through various business partners.
Ability to transform data into insight and provoke action by providing accurate, actionable and insightful information that drives business decisions.
Proven ability to develop, manage and report on annual budgets, timelines and goals while monitoring expenses and performance for cost reduction and investment opportunities.
Demonstrated excellence in written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of HON products, the office furniture industry or office design preferred.
