Friday i Sunday / 12-hour days.$18.36 per hour starting wage rate plus $2.00 per hour Shift Premium.First wage increase at 6 months.$1,500.00 signing bonus payable after 30 days of employment.$1,500.00 stay bonus after 1 year of employment.Job ObjectiveCompletes assembly operation on any product in a safe manner consistent with established quality standards and production schedules.Duties and ResponsibilitiesiReceive and understand daily assignments from Assembly Supervisor, Assembly Coordinator, Assembly Specialist or Designee.iRestock immediate workstation.iSets aside damaged or unusable parts in accordance with SPC procedures or after consulting with Assembly Supervisor, Assembly Coordinator, Assembly Specialist or Designee.iAccurately records daily production.iMaintains work area in a cleared and orderly condition.iFollows established housekeeping and safety standards.iMaintains a good attendance record.iPerforms other duties as assigned.iThis position supports the continual improvement and compliance of QMS and EMS.iResponsible to perform his or her job functions in a manner that supports TriMark's mission, vision and values in order for the company to attain its strategic and growth goals.Skills, Abilities, and Experience RequiredAbility to interpret blueprints, process sheets, job cards, and operating instructions and procedures in a clear and concise manner.Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.Ability to work cooperatively with other employees on a regular basis.iJudgment RequiredDetermine quality of components or finished parts in accordance with quality assurance procedure.Recommend corrective action to improve the quality of production and product in assigned area.Core CompetenciesiSkills acquired to operate machines and equipment as necessary in Assembly.iAbility to perform random visual, functional and measurable checks of product quality per SPC procedures.iAssists and trains new employees in order to check off the New Employee Training list and so that they may competently complete each task assigned to them.iAbility to effectively communicate with anyone on the Assembly floor.Working ConditionsMust be available to work overtime and weekends as required to meet the company's business demands.Exposure to hazards of machine operations and irritants such as grease, lubricants, and coolant.i The area is dry with seasonal variations in temperature.i The noise level is 80-90.Uniform safety practices consist of safety shoes, safety glasses, hair short or tied back.i This area requires normal or corrected vision, normal depth perception and peripheral vision of 180 degrees and no color deficiency.i Hearing protection is not required but is available.Physical EffortiBending -Floor levelStooping -5% of timeSquatting -IntermittentlyTwisting -90 degreesTurning -180 degreesReaching -Full reachLifting -40#Pushing/Pulling -100#Standing -50%Sitting -25% or lessWalking -25% or lessClimbing -2-3 stepsGrasping -Moderate to heavy dexterityi
