About The Job

The NH Registration_Scheduling staff greet patients, family and visitors. This position is responsible for maintaining patient flow, scheduling appointments, registering patients and operation of the switchboard. Performs financial counseling to patients/guarantors, who require assistance in seeking and applying for healthcare funding. May provide escort and directional support to patients, family members and visitors. Acts as cashier in accepting payments from patients, insurance companies, staff, etc.

What We Are Looking For


High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

One year of post high school business education preferred.


One year of experience in an office setting preferred.

Previous experience in a healthcare environment preferred.

Special Skills and Competencies:

Self-motivated, detail-oriented individual able to work with minimum supervision.

Completes Mandatory Reporting: Child and Dependent Adult Abuse requirement within 6 months of hire and renews this requirement every 5 years.
