Are you passionate about assisting other people? Our client in Newton, Iowa is looking to add 10 remote call center employees to their team. This client provides health care products to people all over the country and you will be assisting those customers with their products. Although this position is remote, you do need to live in the surrounding area of Newton, as you will need to go into the office for your first day for getting your equipment and some first day training. This position is temp to hire, so this is a long term opportunity that can be a great building block in your career. After our initial conversation, there will be a video interview for the client as well. -Taking incoming 40-70 incoming phone calls per day

-Assisting customers with tracking their orders

-Troubleshooting product issues with customers over the phone
