Position: Lead Heavy Assembler Job Code: ASABH5Posting Title: Heavy AssemblerJob SummaryExpectations of the positionUnder the direction of the supervisor, the lead assembler provides training, guidance and direction to assigned employees in an efficient, clean, safe and cost-effective manner in order to achieve the goals and key performance metrics in line with the organization's objectives. As an Assembler at Trinity Industries, youll assemble mechanical units, fabricated parts/components subassemblies, assemblies, and complete units using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures, and miscellaneous equipment.
