Description

Our company is seeking a highly efficient and detail-oriented individual for the role of Pricing Specialist. The successful candidate will have previous vendor management experience, strategic planning, excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in pricing strategies and processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Coordinating customer-specific pricing for all Key Account customers, aligning closely with the Key Account Specialist to ensure prices are implemented and communicated as per contract terms.

2) Coordinating Requests for Quotations (RFQs).

3) Managing sample inquiries and specification documentation requests for Key Accounts.

4) Regularly requesting and compiling pricing data for all BN divisions.

5) Maintaining Key Account information effectively in BUS and ensuring its continual updating.

6) Acquiring pricing details or other identified data from different branches/functions and sharing the details with the Key Accounts team.

7) Establishing communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding key account customer programs and special projects.

8) Generating and distributing various commercial reports to applicable departments.

9) Acting as a back-up to Key Account Specialist(s), when required. 10) Collaborating with the BSP Price/Cost Team on price increases and notable projects.

Requirements

• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions

• Strong Communication skills

• Working knowledge of pricing coordination, account management and internal stakeholder management procedures.

• Familiarity with Customer Pricing or Billing experience

• Proficiency in handling RFQ Process

• Experience in preparing Customer Quotes and Price Quotes

• Knowledge of RFP Request For Quote process

• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Detail-oriented with high levels of accuracy
