Maintenance Office Assistant
Northwestern College has a 12-month, full-time opening for a maintenance office assistant beginning in mid-January. Primary responsibilities include taking requests for maintenance services and distributing work orders, scheduling events and billing for services, handling department correspondence, and generating reports. Other responsibilities include facilitating the key and lock program, data entry and filing.
The ideal candidate should possess an associate’s degree and have one to three years of general office experience. Applicants must possess strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in using various Microsoft Office programs is required.
