Job Opportunity: Production Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated Operations Supervisor to oversee production and ensure compliance with safety and health standards. This role is crucial in maintaining product quality and optimizing plant efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily production operations and ensure safety standards are met.

  • Train and lead production employees, ensuring adherence to safety and quality protocols.

  • Conduct regular inspections of the production floor, addressing any safety or operational concerns.

  • Track product yields and identify areas for process improvement.

  • Collaborate with management to meet production goals and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business (Preferred) , or equivalent combination of education and experience. (High School or Associates)

  • 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing.

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and team-building skills.

  • Familiarity with HACCP, USDA regulations, and SAP software is a plus.

  • Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
