Job Opportunity: Production Supervisor
We are seeking a motivated Operations Supervisor to oversee production and ensure compliance with safety and health standards. This role is crucial in maintaining product quality and optimizing plant efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily production operations and ensure safety standards are met.
Train and lead production employees, ensuring adherence to safety and quality protocols.
Conduct regular inspections of the production floor, addressing any safety or operational concerns.
Track product yields and identify areas for process improvement.
Collaborate with management to meet production goals and enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business (Preferred) , or equivalent combination of education and experience. (High School or Associates)
2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and team-building skills.
Familiarity with HACCP, USDA regulations, and SAP software is a plus.
Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
