How you will make a difference every day...
Facilitate competitive selection processes by consulting with managers to understand talent needs; prepare interview teams, develop strategic questions, and select candidate assessments
Collaborate with managers to identify hiring needs and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions used to develop selection criteria
Create and implement sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates; social recruiting, job boards, job fairs, on-campus events, and sponsorship opportunities
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with educational institutions, employment agencies, placement firms, and other sources of applicants
Stay abreast of industry and business trends related to recruitment, maintain compliance with legal regulations and with organization goals and policies
Assist in gathering and analyzing data for HR metrics related to recruiting
Maintain ongoing relationships with new team members to assist in the transition to successful team members and continually evaluate onboarding practices
Participate in and support various HR projects and initiatives as assigned
To be successful in this role it may help to possess...
Bachelor’s degree in a related area and 5 years of related HR experience
HR or recruitment experience working in Engineering, IT, Sales, or other specialized recruiting
Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Demonstrated ability to use recruiting tools such as social media, job boards, advertising, and external sourcing
Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills
Effective communication skills
Exceptional time management skills to manage multiple open positions at a time
Ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects
Business acumen to understand employment needs and trends
Ability to understand technical job responsibilities of various roles
Knowledge of AAP and OFCCP Requirements
