Title: Payroll & Benefits Administrator

Location: Montgomery or Mills County, IOWA

Industry: Commercial Retail / Financial Services

Salary: $50k - $65k

Growing organization located in Montgomery County Iowa, is actively seeking a Payroll & Benefits Administrator who is detail-oriented to join their team. The payroll Administrator will be responsible for reviewing and submitting bi-weekly payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees and working close with managers to ensure payroll is completed in a timely manner. Additionally, the Payroll Administrator will maintain payroll information and prepare reports including deductions, disability, garnishments, and taxes. Our client is seeking a candidate with the ability to work with highly sensitive information. This position reports to the director of operations.

• 3+ years of hands on experience

• AA or BS/BA in Human Resources, Accounting or Business Administration

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written and listening)

• Knowledge of excel & other ERP payroll systems preferred

• Great attention to detail, organizational and multi-tasking skills
