1 - First Shift
Are you the type of person who enjoys leading and influencing cross functional teams, while appreciating the details and fast pace of planning, organizing, and executing key projects that directly impact corporate accounts sales processes within a growing global company? In this role you will act as the voice for corporate accounts, provide direction and work along side cross functional project teams to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables to the corporate account group's long-term strategy and initiatives. We're looking for someone who is both hands-on and strategic that can provide project leadership from a place of ideation to final implementation and adoption using strong organizational and influencing skills.
What You'll Do
Manage the overall planning, execution and delivery of assigned projects. Lead the overall projects assigned, including defining scope, building and maintaining a project timeline, establishing and managing a budget, conducting risk assessment and mitigation plans, communication planning, quality planning, resource planning.
Consult with project team to provide advice and problem solve.
Foster cross functional alignment to project deliverables and guarantee sustainability of the deliverables and goals after the project is complete.
Drive accountability with the project team to ensure the results align to the projects goal and intent.
Communicate project plans and status throughout the project to sponsor and internal/external stakeholders to show accountability to original project scope, budget and deliverables.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, operations or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Knowledge of Vermeer business systems preferred.
Knowledge of project management concepts, processes, methodology.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams or facilitate complex activities.
Ability to effectively prioritize multiple, simultaneous tasks.
Demonstrated problem solving skills and continuous improvement mindset.
Excellent organizational, financial, and time-management skills.
Ability to effectively communicate, collaborate, and influence team members, functional leadership, sponsors, and external partners to improve projects and processes.
Demonstrated understanding of data and technology.
- Occasional travel is expected of this position.
HYBRID: Some of a team member's day-to-day work may be best done at a location other than a Vermeer campus. Discuss specific arrangements with your manager.
