1 - First Shift
Are you the type of person who always has the customer in mind and enjoys a team environment? In this role you will provide safety or compliance information to a variety of customers through various processes. We're looking for an organized individual that can manage multiple tasks in a cross functional team utilizing several software applications.
What You'll Do
Coordinate and execute all direct mail activities including global distribution, translation and processing orders for product safety or compliance field campaigns according to applicable governmental regulations.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the company's products and services while understanding when to quickly escalate inquiries to the correct department to avoid delays in assistance.
Support a variety of customers (retail customers, dealers, other team members, subsidiaries, public) using oral and written communication to provide informative, courteous and professional assistance to present Vermeer brand expectations while fulfilling a variety of tasks and adhering to Vermeer data privacy policies.
Obtain knowledge of safety campaigns, global mass mailings, and specialized product governmental regulatory documentation.
Collaborate with multiple departments globally to correctly order, sort and deliver the needed compliance plates and decals for production floors in all manufacturing facilities.
What We're Looking For
Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field with a minimum of two years relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Demonstration of analytical and organizational skills to prioritize responsibilities while supporting the enterprise, while meeting deadlines.
Ability to coordinate creation, completion and archiving governmental regulatory and compliance documents for all Vermeer and its subsidiary products.
Travel
- No travel is expected of this position.
Work Location
ONSITE: A team member's day-to-day work is best done on a Vermeer campus. If work content can be occasionally completed at an offsite location, discuss potential arrangements with your manager.
