Job Title: Truss Assembler

Job Description

Join our team as a Truss Assembler, where you will be responsible for crafting residential and commercial trusses. As a Builder, you will assemble trusses based on blueprints, set up jigs, and ensure the finished product meets quality standards. Catchers work alongside saw operators, handling wood post-cut, verifying angles, and preparing for shipment. Stackers are tasked with standing trusses upright and coordinating with forklift operations. All roles contribute to our commitment to excellent craftsmanship in a dynamic work environment.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 18 Week(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Pleasantville, Iowa.

Work Environment

Shifts available across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd timings with competitive hourly wages ranging from $19.89 to $21.89, plus potential bonuses. The role requires working in varying temperatures with provisions to ensure comfort. The dress code includes jeans, shorts, T-shirts, and steel-toed footwear. Personal tools required include a framing hammer, hammer holder, and tape measure. Knee pads are available upon request.
