We are looking for enthusiastic, dependable individuals to join the team as Industrial Painter Trainees in our manufacturing facility in Riceville, IA
$18.50 - $21/hr to start, based on experience.
In this position, you will learn to:
Prime, paint and touchup vehicles with power spray equipment and brushes
Sand, wash, and condition parts as necessary
Inspect completed parts for quality and to validate component standards are met.
Minimum Qualifications are:
Willingness to learn the industrial paint process to proficiently paint in an assigned area of the facility
Able to read checklists, paint codes, safety logs, and other required documents
HS Diploma or GED
Industrial paint experience
