Welder- Weekly Pay- Apply Now

Pay: $20-$24/hour

Hours: Monday-Friday, 6 am-3:30 pm

Join our team as a Welder! The welder will produce and fasten parts according to the manufacturing schedule, ensuring work meets customer specifications and company standards. This position requires maintaining a clean and safe workstation and wearing all required personal protective safety equipment. The welder will work at different stations as needed and promptly produce quality work.

Responsibilities/Skills:

• Operate and maintain machines and tools in a manufacturing environment.

• Produce and fasten parts according to the manufacturing schedule.

• Ensure work meets customer specifications and company standards.

• Work at different stations as needed and shift from one station to another.

• Promptly produce quality work that satisfies customer requirements.

• Participate in continuous improvement programs by offering suggestions and exhibiting initiative.

• Basic knowledge of welding processes including MIG and ARC welding.

• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow simple instructions, work orders, two-dimensional drawings, and blueprints.

• Proficiency in adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing.

• Ability to accurately complete fraction-decimal conversions related to drawings and measurements.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00
