• [Manage start-up to make sure equipment is in proper operating condition.]{helvetica\",sans-serif\"=""}
• [Diagnose equipment defects and making necessary repairs. ]{helvetica\",sans-serif\"=""}
• [Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot machinery, ovens, processing equipment and facilities problems as needed for production issues and efficiency]{helvetica\",sans-serif\"=""}
• [Safely operate various maintenance shop tools including welders, grinders, etc. ]{helvetica\",sans-serif\"=""}
• [Maintain all areas of the shop, production rooms and interior/exterior of the plant.]{helvetica\",sans-serif\"=""}
• [Troubleshoot electrical functions (i.e., motors, controls, PLC function and basic wiring) ]{helvetica\",sans-serif\"=""}
• [Confer with management and suppliers to resolve maintenance problems and recommend measures to improve operations and conditions of machines and equipment. ]{helvetica\",sans-serif\"=""}
