Successful candidate must have solid experience & advanced knowledge of:
High School Diploma, some college a plus
Minimum of 3-5 year’s experience in processing payables
Financial Practice Management software
Advanced skill set in Microsoft applications and data entry
Proficient organizational and prioritization skills
Attention to detail and with math acuity
Successful candidate must be able to perform primary functions of position:
Process accounts payable.
Reconcile cash receipts.
General knowledge of accounting transactions.
Serve as back-up person to Purchasing Agent.
Other duties and projects as assigned.
