Apartment Maintenance Technician- Start ASAP- Weekly Pay!!

*Pay* $18.00-$26.00 (depending on experience)

*Hours* Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm

We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and customer-oriented Apartment Maintenance Technician to help manage maintenance operations at our two apartment complexes in Sioux City. You’ll be the go-to person for tenants when they have issues that need fixing, ensuring that they feel comfortable and cared for in their homes.

What You'll Be Doing:

As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, your day will be a mix of hands-on repair work and valuable interactions with residents. You’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

•Plumbing Repairs: Rebuild toilets, install or replace faucets, and troubleshoot plumbing issues.

•Electrical Work: Install/replace light fixtures and electrical outlets, ensuring everything is functioning safely and effectively.

•Drywall & Painting: Repair drywall and paint units to keep them looking fresh and in top condition.

•Carpentry Skills: Install or replace doors, keeping units secure and functional.

•Tenant Interaction: Work closely with tenants, listening to their concerns and providing excellent customer service while handling work orders.

What We’re Looking For:

We need mechanically inclined individuals who can tackle a variety of maintenance challenges. If you have a strong ability to troubleshoot and repair problems, and you enjoy interacting with people, this might be the perfect fit for you!

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

•Hands-on experience: Proficient in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, drywall repair, and painting.

•Basic carpentry skills: Ability to install or replace doors and perform other simple carpentry tasks.

•People skills: Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude when working with tenants.

•Self-motivated: Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and solve problems effectively.

•Team player: While you’ll work independently, collaboration with team members is essential.
