Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $17 - $19 / hour

What you'll be doing as a Assistant Manager:

  • The ARM supports the Restaurant General Manager in managing the daily operations of a single restaurant, training, performance, and profitability.

  • At the store level, the ARM operates under the direction of the RGM and directly manages a team of Hourly Shift Leads and Team Members.

  • All management must have a passion for hospitality and customer service, as well as a strong understanding of restaurant operations.

Job requirements:

  • Positive, adaptable, and guest orientated

  • A minimum of one-year fast food (QSR) management

  • Physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, and lifting items

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, early mornings, and holidays

  • Will certify the right candidate

  • Background Check Required

  • ServSafe Certification
