Manufacturer east of Sioux City is seeking an Industrial Engineer to add to their team. The ideal candidate will have at least an Associate's degree in Engineering and proficiency with AutoCAD, Inventor and SolidWorks. Previous manufacturing experience preferred.

All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

responsibilities:

• Create, develop, and implement efficient manufacturing systems, reducing cost while maintaining standards of operation

• Design, redesign, or enhance work areas and layouts to improve efficiency and ergonomics.

• Implement changes to improve products and reduce costs using knowledge of processes, equipment, quality control standards, product design, materials and parts.

• Collect and assess data pertaining to ergonomics, productivity, and safety.

• Determine root causes of failures and recommend/implement changes in designs, tolerance, or processing methods.

• Provide support and/or training to production personnel in new or existing methods.

• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Inventor and Solidworks as well as MS Office software

• Associates degree or higher in Engineering required

• Previous manufacturing experience required
