Description: Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician Location: Sioux City, Iowa Department: Maintenance Reports To: Maintenance Manager/Supervisor Position Type: Full-Time Pay: Depending on Experience (DOE) Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Sioux City, Iowa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. This role requires a strong technical background, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repair of industrial machinery and equipment, including but not limited to conveyors, pumps, motors, and hydraulic systems. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in a timely manner. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential issues and perform preventative maintenance. Read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals to facilitate repairs and maintenance. Collaborate with production staff to resolve equipment-related issues and minimize production interruptions. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, parts used, and time spent. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities. Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment as needed. Participate in training programs to stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tools and equipment. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or in a similar role. Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with various types of industrial machinery and equipment.
