Mon-Fri, 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Description:
We are currently seeking an office clerk to join our dynamic team at a truck and trailer Repair Company. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company by providing administrative assistance and ensuring smooth workflow in the office. Responsibilities:
Maintain and update files, records, and databases
Assist in managing company schedules and appointments
Answer and direct phone calls and emails
Prepare and distribute documents, including invoices and purchase orders
Coordinate and schedule repairs and maintenance services
Monitor and order office supplies as needed
Assist with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and accuracy
Prior experience in an office or administrative role is preferred, but not required
