Kelly Services Plumbing Sales Representative in Sioux City, Iowa
Kelly Services has partnered with an excellent company in Souix City, IA. This company is looking for a motivated and driven Sales Representative who has knowledge in the Plumbing industry, both commercial and residential. Days/Hours-M-F (flexible on times but is expected to work at least 8 hrs per day)
Salary-$35k annually + uncapped commission
Travel-will be in the office 1-2 days a week and then will be traveling to customers other days (1-2 hour radius from Sioux City) Car allowance will be provided.
Develop and maintain relationships with customer base, including key accounts ensuring satisfaction and service.
Propose customer solutions that are compliant with appropriate local, state and federal regulations.
Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the company's services and pricing structure.
Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business.
Meet or exceed the new business sales goals.
Complete scheduled and cold call prospecting activities to establish first and follow-up appointments with customer decisions makers.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentation and follow-up with key decision makers.
Partner and maintain vendor relationships.
Regularly meet with Sales Manager to review weekly sales activity, progress on goals and status of perspective customers.
Other duties assigned by manager.
Sales experience with proven record of growing business through cold calling, generating leads and building territories.
1-2 years of sales experience with wholesale plumbing and knowledge of the plumbing industry preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, strong organizational and great people skills are a must
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Bachelor's (Preferred) or equivalent experience working in the plumbing industry
