Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about safety and customer service? Join our team as aProject Coordinatorfor our Electrical Safety division and play a crucial role in supporting customers and ensuring compliance with industry standards!
Position Overview:
As a Project Coordinator under the guidance of the Director of Electrical Safety, you’ll provide essential support to our Electrical Safety team. In this role, you'll help develop and manage programs designed to keep our customers compliant with safety standards such as NFPA 70E and 70B. Your day-to-day will involve handling information, assisting with administrative tasks, and collaborating with team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Compliance Management:Develop and maintain accurate customer records for services performed, ensuring updates are scheduled and customers stay compliant.
Communication & Outreach:Create and implement a communication plan to inform customers about program and equipment updates.
Project Coordination:Work closely with the team to schedule and coordinate activities like arc flash studies, equipment updates, and safety training sessions.
Customer Service Support:Partner with team members to deliver outstanding service and communicate effectively with customers.
Program Management:Manage and track the annual schedule for all infrared inspections performed by our team.
Document Organization:Organize and maintain precise records of all program-related documents for easy access and reference.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field and two years of related experience or a combination of relevant education and experience.
Communication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical team members and customers.
Tech Proficiency:Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn new software.
Customer Service:A customer-focused attitude and dedication to providing a high level of service.
Attention to Detail:Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Team Collaboration:Ability to work with team members to ensure all aspects of project deployment are thoroughly documented and accounted for.
Driver’s License & Travel:A valid driver’s license with the ability to travel to job sites and external meetings as needed.
