Our client,in Muscatine, IA is seeking a qualified Property Leasing Agent to join their team. The ideal candidate will prior managerial experience, be organized, articulate and have excellent customer care, and communication.

Pay : $22.00 an hour

What’s the Job?

Property Manager

• Provide property managment services for housing

• Customer service property damage and safety inspections

• Handling of minor issus, repairs and home service coordination

• Expert assistance in emergencis and natural disasters

• Daily communication and resolution to maintenance issues or questions

• Ensuring all details are completed on empty sites between tenants

• Accurate and timely recording of data for management team

What’s Needed?

• Dedication to providing service with quality, value and integrity.

• Prior managerial experience.

• Organization, attention to details, urgency in prioritization

• Clear verbal and written instructions
