Ken Garff Automotive Group Accounting Assistant in Urbandale, Iowa
Stew Hansen Dodge City, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is currently looking for a talented Accounting Assistant that aligns with our core values and acts with respect, intelligence, greatness, honesty and teamwork.
Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Complete bank runs.
Deliver documents to downtown dealerships.
Take licensing to the DMV.
Occasional filing and other general office duties as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S
Previous Dealership or Accounting Administration Experience is required
An Accounting Degree and/or equivalent experience is preferred
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
Valid in-state driver's license and clean driving record.
Task oriented.
High attention to detail.
