Do you have exceptional Excel skills (experience working with vlookups and pivot tables)? Do you have a passion for researching and reconciling large amounts of data? This role is perfect for the Excel guru, numbers-minded, research-wired, servicing professional! The Jr. Accounting Analyst will be working with allocating commission fees on a cohesive, established team, and have accountabilities to large dollars of cash receipts. The training will be onsite for the first 2-3 weeks. After you are in a groove, you can transition to working from home, and 6 days a month onsite.

salary: $22 - $24 per hour

Responsibilities

• Immerse into a tight-knit, high-functioning, positive, "can-do" Commission and Fee Cash Application Team within a Fortune 500 Global Leading Company

• Apply checks, wires, and ACH payments to customer accounts

• Apply fees and commission cash receipts across 10 US sister companies and 1 Canadian sister company

• Allocate and segment large payments into multiple different accounts

• Utilize advanced Excel skills and Access skills to manipulate large amounts of data

• Research and resolve discrepancies

• Set up extensive, detailed fee payment schedules

• Utilize your exceptional customer care skills by providing all-encompassing information in one email response to support the client's inquiries and needs; avoiding laser responses and back-and-forth communication

• Partner with stakeholders, team members, and managers to ensure best practices and efficiencies are in place

• Create and maintain exceptional business relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients
