We want to you to grow your career with us, sowe encourage you to apply this DHI opportunity if you're interested and qualified.What is this opportunity?Sales Executive (Account Manager)General Purpose:This position will be responsible for growing existing accounts across multiple industries and geographic markets who seek to hire technical professionals.Essential Duties/Responsibilities:Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly targets set by managementCreate strategy and set appointments with existing clients on a monthly/quarterly basis to discuss current usage and offer upsell opportunitiesWork with a global sales team to collaborate and execute on client strategyIdentify and communicate competitive challengesTroubleshoot issues and handle challenging situations with clientsWork across functional teams (customer success, marketing etc.) to ensure clients are utilizing products and performance meets expectationsRespond to customers questions and needs from a sales and account management perspectivePromotion of content through social media (blog posts, articles, industry trends, product enhancements etc.)Drive a consistent customer communication practice that promotes product value and serviceTeach and share knowledge with customers and promote company learning events (webinars, conferences, etc.)In collaboration with Customer Success, ensure all product enhancements are communicated effectively to ensure customer usage and successEffective listener with the intent to understand customers delight with both product and serviceApproach customer engagement with the Golden Rule treat others as you would want to be treatedExecute on quarterly OKRs centered on customer engagement to drive customer loyalty, retention and expansionSupport industry events and conferences as neededOther Responsibilities:Up to 30% travelHow do you apply?To learn more about this opportunity, you can talk with the hiring manager or Human Resources.If you decide you want to be considered, you must apply from here.
