In support of our growth, Arcoro is looking for an experienced Sr. Marketing Manager to join our team!

Position Overview

Arcoro is seeking a Sr. Marketing Manager to focus on channel marketing strategy and execution. This individual will have a real passion for creating and executing a solid channel marketing strategy and will effectively help coordinate, develop and execute marketing programs. This person’s goal is to generate revenue and maximize Arcoro’s partner and channel engagement. This position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.

As the Sr. Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for understanding the overall business plans and goals of Arcoro and generating results through the channel organization. This role will execute proven tactics to increase awareness to our partners and their clients at the same time collaborating very closely with cross-functional teams including channel sales leadership, channel managers, partner enablement, product management and support.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a working knowledge of Arcoro’s modular solutions, the competitive landscape, and partner solutions in order to create compelling marketing campaigns

  • Lead partner marketing program planning discussions and work with partners to understand their business goals and building cross-channel activations to help deliver against them

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, which include, email, social media and thought leader content

  • Be the voice and advocate for partner marketing within the larger marketing team. Work with the entire marketing team to implement marketing tactics

  • Execute creative marketing plans against a solid marketing strategy

  • Create and manage virtual and in person/partner events

  • Effectively manage partner database, segmentation and results from marketing campaigns

  • Ensure all content aligns with Arcoro’s branding strategy

  • Work with sales teams to ensure marketing activities/campaigns and sales goals are aligned

  • Provide recommendations for future campaigns based on analysis

  • Understand, articulate and present on Arcoro’s value proposition to partner audiences

  • Become a subject matter expert on benefits, HRIS, payroll and compliance-related matters in addition to full human capital management

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and education

  • 5-7 years of experience in developing Channel Partner marketing strategies and campaigns

  • Experience with marketing tech stack including HubSpot, Allbound, GotoWebinar, Salesforce, Conversica, Outreach IO, and others

  • Strong communication (verbal and written) skills coupled with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Experience with demand generation strategies using digital, social, email and online marketing principles

  • Proven background of a revenue marketing focus, driving funnel conversions, and metrics/ ROI centered

  • A team player with a very good sense of humor combined with the flexibility and sensitivity to work with diverse personalities and situations

  • Strong work ethic, sense of accountability and the ability to work independently

  • Domain knowledge of HR or ERP technology market

  • Provide examples of proven partner marketing campaigns that generated positive results and ROI.
