Description
SUMMARY
Oversee and lead change within the organization. Considers people, data and infrastructure in a cross functional way to drive transformational change across the organization. Provides expertise and leadership at all levels of the organization and acts as a senior leader resource related to care transformation.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to the following)
Provide oversight for change management initiatives, integrating the needs of all stakeholders.
Provide oversight, cohesiveness and leadership for IT, Informatics, Project Management and Business Intelligence Department.
Informatics support of Revenue cycle, Patient Access and Coding.
Overseeing the implementation of technologies that can improve efficiency in business operations
Leads multi-departmental teams through complex projects, ensuring industry-leading project management processes allowing for excellent communication, fiscal management, and overall project success.
Evaluates the effectiveness of current strategies and activities to improve performance in identified areas of concern
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management
Minimum of five years’ experience in a healthcare leadership role
Project Management Certification, desired
