• Maintain staff by selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Maintain workflow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods and implementing cost reductions;
• Complete production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules and resolving problems.
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Ensure operation of equipment by calling for repairs; and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
• Provide manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data; answer questions and respond to requests.
• Creates and revise systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, recordkeeping systems, forms of control, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing change.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Identify and anticipate safety and health concerns and hazards by surveying environmental, operational, and occupational conditions.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Agricultural, or Industrial Engineering; Industrial Technology: Supply Chain; or other related field.
• 6 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Prior experience with continuous process improvement.
• Directly supervise 10 or more employees with high control over their activities.
• Oversee the operations of two or more departments.
• Act as the direct extension of the Director of Operations on the night shift.
