- Maintain staff by selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintain workflow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods and implementing cost reductions;
- Complete production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules and resolving problems.
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Ensure operation of equipment by calling for repairs; and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Provide manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data; answer questions and respond to requests.
- Creates and revise systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, recordkeeping systems, forms of control, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing change.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Identify and anticipate safety and health concerns and hazards by surveying environmental, operational, and occupational conditions.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

- Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Agricultural, or Industrial Engineering; Industrial Technology: Supply Chain; or other related field.
- 6 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Prior experience with continuous process improvement.
- Directly supervise 10 or more employees with high control over their activities.
- Oversee the operations of two or more departments.
- Act as the direct extension of the Director of Operations on the night shift.
