Robert Half is seeking a results-driven candidate for this Supply Management Specialist position at John Deere's Waterloo Works!

This position is first shift, Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm with limited overtime as needed.

Supply Management Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Executing order fulfillment process with cost reduction activities and selecting suppliers based on criteria such as stability, quality, and consistency

• Participating in implementation of resourcing and making buying decisions.

• Supporting the Engineering Change Management process to ensure that design changes and improvements are implemented in a timely manner

• Developing an executing inventory plans to achieve inventory and asset management and material flow goals.

• Finding permanent solutions to supplier performance issues with the assistance of figures such as quality and consistency

  Requirements

Requirements:

-Bachelor Degree in business or another related field -

Open to recent graduates!

-Self-starter with the ability to analyze data and lead the way through complex problems

-Strong interest in initiating and developing new relationships with suppliers and peer functional groups

-Demonstrated communication skills

SAP experience would make you a stand out candidate for this position!
