Description • Maintain Applicant Tracking System, candidate database and scheduling phone and in person interviews.

• Understand hiring needs of each position, work with managers in sourcing ideal candidates.

• Prepare, revise, edit and maintain groups of job descriptions for multiple operating companies.

• Organize candidates’ data (resumes, applications etc.)

• Prepare offer letters for review by HR Director

• Coordinate new hires with IT and Safety leaders.
