Your responsibilities

• Facilitate internal and external audits as needed

• Verify, log and mail checks, including expediting special handling

• Manage customer service tasks for internal business partners

• Carry out a full-cycle A/P

• Handle daily department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it

• Sort, register, scan, and store invoices, checks, and other documents

• Execute additional tasks as needed

• Provide administrative assistance to the AP/Finance Department

• Ensure compliance with company policies while carrying out daily processes and controls accurately and on time Requirements - AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred

• 2+ years of experience in an A/P role preferred

• Working knowledge of spreadsheets and databases

• Demonstrated communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds

• Strong organization skills

• Proven knowledge of Maintain Vendor Files

• Comprehensive knowledge of bi-Monthly Payroll

• Enter Vendor Invoices experience highly desired

• Code Invoices experience

• Accounts Payable (AP) experience preferred

• Approved Invoices experience required
