Kelly Services Administrative Assistant in West Branch, Iowa
Kelly Services, Inc. has an administrative assistant position supporting the HR department. Duties include data entry, filing, supply ordering.
Answer all incoming phone calls and screen/field calls to the appropriate party
Assist with projects including filing, mass mailings, data entry, typing, etc.
Create new hire personnel files
Prepare conference rooms for meetings, place catering orders
Coordinate travel arrangements as needed
Order office supplies and break room supplies
Manage upkeep of front office area and conference rooms
Prepare expense reports for senior management as needed
Receive incoming packages and arrange for immediate delivery to recipient
Update company phone directory, anniversaries and birthdays via company share point site
Administer employee service awards program
Sort and distribute company mail
Assist in coordinating company events
Other responsibilities as assigned
Longevity: 3 month position with the possibility of temp to hire for the right candidate.
