Responsibilities

Job Overview:

● Processes vendor invoices for payment including matching,

batching, and coding.

● Responsible for researching vendor inquiries, and manual

or on-line posting to A/P Systems and filing of invoices.

● Posting entries to sub-ledger.

● Reconciling accounts and managing chargebacks.

● Knowledge of basic A/P concepts, practices, and

procedures.

● Knowledge of and experience with software such as Sage, AS400, Quickbooks, etc.

Education:

● High school diploma required (Associates or

B.S. in Accounting a plus).
