General Function
This administrative assistant position will perform general administrative and clerical support to a range of people including, but not limited to executive staff or vice presidents.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Communicates in a professional and friendly manner amongst the administrative, executive, store-level and outside vendor teams.
Creates and maintains Excel spreadsheets along with various reporting based on the department.
Researches and assists with PowerPoint presentation creation.
Transcribes, types, proofs and sends correspondence on the executive’s behalf.
Maintains and manages executive calendar(s). Setting up various meetings both internally and externally.
Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting care, concern and patience in all interactions.
Performs a variety of administrative functions including; scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, answering phones, taking messages, opening and prioritizing incoming/outgoing mail.
Performs clerical duties including scanning, copying, collating, mailings, ordering supplies and maintaining filing systems.
Reports to work in-person, when scheduled and on-time.
Performs other job-related duties and special projects as required.

Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent experience required; additional training or education from an accredited college or university preferred.
3-5 years of previous executive administration work experience necessary.
Physical Requirements
Visual requirements include: ability to see detail at near range with or without correction
Must be physically able to perform light work: lifting no more than 20 pounds, with frequent lifting and carrying of objects of no more than 10 pounds; frequent standing or walking. May be required to lift objects of up to 40 pounds when assisting in mail room
Must be able to perform the following physical activities: stooping, kneeling, reaching, handling, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions
Working Conditions
The duties of this position are performed in a general office setting. There is frequent pressure to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks in a day.
