What You'll Do:
As an Advantage Maintenance Technician, your role will be pivotal in maintaining the upkeep of our various properties. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting general building maintenance, including inspections and repairs of common areas, exteriors, tenant suites, roofs, mechanical rooms, and more.
Cultivating and managing relationships with vendors and contractors, coordinating their services as necessary.
Traveling to assigned properties and locations as required to address maintenance needs.
What It Takes to Join Us:
High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
Possession of a valid driver's license.
Willingness to provide on-call weekend and after-hours coverage as needed.
