About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant to support the Human Resources compensation consulting team. This is an exciting opportunity to join the compensation consulting team where you can learn Human Resources in support of business initiatives, strategies, and best practices.

In this role, you will:

  • Review and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors

  • Perform complex compensation analysis including modeling pay strategies and forecasting outcomes

  • Identify job utilization and internal and external pay trends. Translate data into proposals to meet business needs and inform decision making

  • Drive year-end compensation decision analysis

  • Manage or participate on large cross group projects including conducting in-depth analysis, presenting results and proposals to senior management, and planning and executing on implementation activities

  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, external contractors, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

  • Analyze base pay and variable incentive compensation

  • Leverage knowledge and understanding of job structures and market pricing to analyze impacts

Required Qualifications, US:

  • 2+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Advanced analytic skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to influence and build effective partnerships with all levels of employees
