ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSSite SupportBe the primary point of contact for EHS/Training requirements and activities for the site.Communicate EHS/Training needs and results to account leadership.Work with the Client EHS Program Manager and the account's Training Program Manager.Implement EHS/Training policies, practices and programs at the site level.Build and maintain the CET training program.Coordinated qualification boards for technicians.Champion EHS standards to prevent accidents, incidents and events that could harm employees and/or property of client.Participate with site operations team as needed to lead or support investigations of EHS events, the analysis of root cause(s), support/track the implementation of effective corrective actions, and prepare communications to share the lessons-learned from such events across the site team and account operations.Provide direct support to JLL employees on all matters related to industry EHS compliance, as well as specific client compliance or site-specific operating requirements.Complete and maintain Hazard/PPE Assessments for siteHelp manage the PPE Program to include ordering tracking and maintaining PPE.Promote and develop a positive EHS culture at all levels throughout the account.Maintain ComplianceSupport sites during audits from client, corporate, EHS staff, as well as outside agencies such as OSHA, fire/building departments, health inspectors, air quality inspectors, and insurance representatives.Ensure compliant implementation of Contractor Management programs, including management of third-party supplier tools.Support the EHS sections for the JLL Operational Compliance Program.Incident Investigation and InspectionsSupport and assist sites with root cause investigations and near miss presentations.Conduct EHS Systems inspections and audit workplace standards and activitiesTrainingManage all aspects of Training from reporting, tracking, maintaining, developing, and providing training to the account.Provide Training (train the trainer) to ensure that facility teams (both site specific and portfolio-wide) receive required training, including but not limited to: Confined Space, Power Industrial Vehicles, Ergonomics, and client Safety Management Plans.Support behavioral based safety training program.ReportingOversee the tracking and monitoring of EHS/Training performance metrics and manage all reporting.Ensure accidents, injuries, near misses/good catches, and other events are captured in AIMS, and the data is managed and reported.Analyze and track audits - make regular reportsOtherAny and all other duties and tasks assigned.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in a related area or equivalent combination of education and relevant field experienceMaster's Degree in relevant field5 years prior experience in comparable EHS program, 8 years prior experience in comparable EHS program preferredGeneral Industry OSHA 10/30 Hour Instructor a plus.Work towards a CET 3 qualificationClient office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).Working knowledge of relevant current legislation.Practical working knowledge of Health and Safety tools and techniques, ideally within a Facilities Management environment.Knowledge and understanding of relevant standards, legislation, codes of practice, guidance and operating procedures.Presentation skills to deliver specialist advice at all levels and to deliver localized training to staff as required.Strong understanding of the site and the CET Levels.Strong organizational skills, information management proficiency and collaborative management style are needed.Ability to keep abreast of trends and related best practice.Evidence of strong interpersonal skills in order to establish credibility with colleagues and senior management.Ability to work through and identify the root cause of any problemExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to carry out an audit and gather objective evidence through observation, interview and sampling of documents and recor
