Aerotek Customer Service Representative in West Des Moines, Iowa
Seeking a health care customer service representative to join a dynamic team in West Des Moines! This position is an excellent foot in the door with a growing company in the market. The position is a first shift opportunity.
On a daily basis, candidates will be fielding inbound calls from customers regarding routine health care billing issues, claims follow ups or standard complaints. Outbound follow up calls may also be required. Documentation of all conversations in internal system, is a main function of this position.
To be qualified for this position, candidates must have 6 months of customer service experience. Experience with Microsoft Office is also required. A high school diploma is a requirement.
