Wright Outdoor Solutions Interior Plant Care Technician in West Des Moines, Iowa
Title: Interior Plant Care TechnicianType: Full Time Reports To: Interior Plant Care Supervisor
Responsibilities:• Service interior plant displays, flower and replica foliage on specified days• Water, prune and groom plants, identifying insect and disease problems• Ensure the client site is clean and orderly throughout the visit, leaving no water, waste or debris behind• Communicate with Service Leader regularly to inform them of any concerns or needs• Maintain all necessary records according to company and branch policy• Uphold the values of Wright Outdoor Solutions, which include safety, integrity, quality, respect, teamwork, innovation and family
Requirements: • Working knowledge of horticulture is preferred• Ability to reach, climb, kneel, lift (up to 50 lbs.) and walk for extended periods of time• Must be dependable, punctual and have a strong work ethic• Must be detail oriented and have good communication skills• Ability to read and complete daily paperwork• Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record; an MVR will be checked
