Our client is a Fortune 500 Financial Services Company and they are hiring a Lead Business Execution Consultant to work in their West Des Moines location. As a Lead Business Execution Consultant you will lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives. You will be responsible for driving accountability for assigned initiatives, limiting risk exposure, and creating efficiencies. You will bring your 4+ years of experience in Management Consulting with advanced knowledge in Sharepoint development and site management.

salary: $59 - $61 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

As a Lead Business Execution Consultant, Job duties include:

• Responsible for developing SharePoint sites within the Conduct Management group.

• Consult with management and business partners regarding strategic approaches in managing SharePoint sites.

• Apply graphic design, project management and SharePoint experience combined with knowledge of business practices and process design.

• Assist the group with migrating to SharePoint Online.

• Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives.

Skills:

• 4+ years of Management consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience in a Nationwide Financial Organization.

• Experience with SharePoint development & working with SharePoint Online.

• Proven history of working with Jira, and creating Jira sites.

• Experience developing SharePoint project tracking work flows and building/editing dynamic forms using InfoPath and/or DFFS.
